Ginisang Pechay (Sauteed Bokchoy)

A popular filipino dish that is very easy to make, delicious, budget friendly, and most importantly very HEALTHY! Bokchoy is rich in Vitamins C, K, A and a lot more good nutrients! I also added some ground beef to the dish for some protein! ALWAYS MAKE IT BALANCE PEEPS! There are a lot of different ways to cook this dish but this particular recipe will definitely fit your budget!

Ingredients & Measurements
1lb bokchoy (pechay) chopped
1lb ground beef
2tbsp oil
1 medium onion
2tsp salt
2tsp pepper
1 1/2 cup of water
1 beef cube
3-4 tbsp of fish sauce
Method:
In a hot pan with oil, add onions and saute for about 1 minute
Add ground beef and cook for about 5 mins or until brown
Add beef cube and mix
Add bokchoy
Add water and at the same time, add the fish sauce
Cook for another 2-3 minutes
Serve and Enjoy!
