Ginisang Baguio Beans (Sauteed Green Beans)

A cheap and delicious dish that only consists of two main ingredients, green beans & ground beef. The aroma of garlic, tomatoes, and onions will complement the each main ingredients making the flavors blend harmoniously. This dish is best served with steamed rice! Try this recipe and let me know what you thin


Ingredients & Measurements:

  • 1 medium oninon (chopped)

  • 1 medium tomatoes (chopped)

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp pepper

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 lb green beans (sliced)

  • 2-3 tbsp fish sauce

Method:

  1. In a hot pan with oil, add onion, saute for 1 minute

  2. Add tomatoes and cook for another minute

  3. Add ground beef cook for 5 minute or until brown and fully cooked

  4. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, mixing well with the beef

  5. Add green beans and fish sauce, cook for another 5 minutes

  6. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, mixing well with the been
