A cheap and delicious dish that only consists of two main ingredients, green beans & ground beef. The aroma of garlic, tomatoes, and onions will complement the each main ingredients making the flavors blend harmoniously. This dish is best served with steamed rice! Ingredients & Measurements:
1 medium oninon (chopped)
1 medium tomatoes (chopped)
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 lb green beans (sliced)
2-3 tbsp fish sauce
Method:
In a hot pan with oil, add onion, saute for 1 minute
Add tomatoes and cook for another minute
Add ground beef cook for 5 minute or until brown and fully cooked
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, mixing well with the beef
Add green beans and fish sauce, cook for another 5 minutes
